Steve is the founder of NIO Comm with over 30 years’ experience in the telecoms construction sector. Steve started NIO Comm with the goal of creating a network delivery partner that is innovative, efficient and does what it says it will.

Karen joined NIO Comm in 2015 and has over 25 years of experience within the utilities and telecoms industries, having previously worked in multiple national and international companies.

Paul joined NIO Comm in 2023. Paul has 40+ years experience in Telecoms working around the globe on all varieties of networks always with an Operational/Project Management bias. Starting out as an Apprentice with BT, working through Engineering functions, then into Management and ultimately into Director roles.

Conrad joined NIO comm in 2022. He has over 20 years’ experience working as a qualified accountant. Having previously held leadership positions with a number of different companies in a variety of sectors Conrad is ideally placed to lead on all things finance.

John has 20 years of IT and development experience in the industry. John leads on all IT aspects within the company, defining the future of our technology. Previously John held a Senior Management position within a Telecoms company, and has worked for a market leading technology company as a Software Solutions Architect.
THE IT WIZARD
John Cheridjian
Head of IT
Keith has over 25 years of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality experience in both construction and the utilities industry. During his time in the Armed Forces both in the UK and overseas, Keith completed his NEBOSH course and gained a wealth of construction and Health & Safety knowledge.
