Job Summary:

Be part of a team responsible for the surveying and planning of new fiberoptic and CATV access / core networks which are cost effective and fit for purpose, to precise client specifications and timescales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design suitable civils and network infrastructure which are cost-effective, fit-for-purpose and, future-proof

  • To produce detailed industry-standard documentation of that design

  • To work in tandem with the NIO Comm Drawing Office to ensure that accurate ‘as-built’ documentation is recorded and provided to client specifications

Delivery and Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

To take ownership for the delivery of geographic projects for the company. Providing organisation and management of in house and contract resource to complete the projects safely and effectively. The role holder will tenaciously seek to resolve any problems that may occur through the course of the project, escalating when needed to ensure that all projects deliver to their programme and financial targets.   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of day to day project delivery within a geographical area, including delivery to requirements, safety, quality, street works and supplier performance

  • Drive a “Safety First and “Right First Time” culture across the field operations

  • Manage and lead FTE field engineers responsible for ongoing civils and cabling contracts 

  • Ensure accidents, incidents and near misses, quality failures and service deterioration trends are investigated competently and corrective action is taken where and when appropriate

Job Summary:

To be an integral part of a multidisciplined build team delivering large broadband network developments across London and the South of England. To be part of a rapidly growing, leading-edge network delivery company, working for some of the biggest telecom operators in the UK. This role takes the lead on all Cabling activities within their individual build team but will also support the Build Manager/Project Supervisor in the delivery of the whole project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prove and cable all types and sizes of underground duct systems (including blown systems) with all types of cable, copper, coax or fibre.

  • To produce accurate records of works undertaken to the company’s standards

  • To be complete Openreach standard Network Adjustment, A55 and asbuilts forms/reporting accurately

  • To read and interpret planning packs, identifying and overcoming issues to provide the required outcome

  • To be able to communicate any amendments clearly and effectively

  • Complete Copper/Coax jointing/connectorisation

  • Self-audit all work and ensure it meets all applicable technical and operational quality standards

  • Work efficiently and tidily, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times

Job Summary:

Assist the Head of IT for maintaining the IT infrastructure and providing day to day service to end users through the prioritisation of work. Complete initial triage of the issue and resolve where able, escalating more complex queries within the IT team, 3rd parties and to the Head of IT where appropriate.

To plan and forecast material needs for various programs to ensure availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials are available at all our warehouses. To collaborate with our project and planning teams to understand needs and then liaise with our suppliers to ensure that we receive the required BOM on time. To ensure that our stocks sites are effectively resourced and that all stock is stored in a safe and secure manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
